Support to Surrey Crime Prevention Society
 
The “Surrey Crime Prevention Society” is made up of over 400 volunteers who are mostly under the age of 30. In 2017 volunteers put in over 13,000 hours, on programs such as Graffiti Removal, Parking Lot Vehicle Checks, Speed Watch, Transit Watch, and Distracted Driving Awareness. Pictured is Karen Sidhu, executive director, and volunteers receiving a $500 donation for volunteer safety equipment from the Rotary Club of White Rock.
