Our next Book Sale is April 10 – 14, 2026 at the Peace Arch Curling Club
We will have 50,000 books for you to browse.
April 10 & 11 — 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. — Books $3 each
April 12 & 13 — 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. — Books $2 each
April 14 — 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. — $10 a bag
After 2:00 p.m. on the 14th, books are free for teachers and charities.
Book Donations Are Always Appreciated
Our warehouse is currently almost full, which is wonderful news and a great sign of community support. Please bring donations to the sale or after the sale to the donation bin. At the sale, donations too heavy to easily carry can be delivered by driving down the right side of the building to the back door and we can help you unload.
Book sale Location: 1475 Anderson St, White Rock, in Centennial Park
Parking – Parking is free, but the lot is shared and can be full. We encourage carpooling.
Cafe – The cafe will be open with your favourite soup, sandwiches, pastries and cookies.

Book Donations
Donations of books, puzzles and audio books in good condition are welcome. Our customers do not want magazines, university textbooks, encyclopedias, manuals, damaged or dirty books. We are looking for books that you would want to gift to a friend. You would be surprised what arrives in the bin that is not a book.
Books can be donated 24/7 at the Blue Bin in the driveway on the North side of the Rotary Fieldhouse, located at 2197 148 St, Surrey, south of the Surrey Eagles Hockey Arena. We provide empty boxes in the bin for you to use for loose books. Large donations can be dropped off Monday or Thursday mornings from 9-11 a.m. while we are sorting in the warehouse. We can help you unload directly into the book warehouse and not fill up the bin. If you need help with picking up a large donation of books, we can help. Please do not leave books outside the bin as they will get damaged. If you need to drop off books and bin is full, please put the books in one of the empty grey bins and close the lid. The bin is emptied everyday.
